A bit about the author of Side Quests:

I’m Rebecca, a hobby photographer and writer from Scotland. I am inspired by wildlife and frozen places. I love birds of prey, red squirrels, and pine martens. But honestly, I love all kinds of wildlife—these are just some of my favourites!

I love the Arctic, snow-filled landscapes, and frozen fjords, and I enjoy Norse mythology and dragons. You will find that I share much of these in my work.

My day job is in communications for a support charity where I use my love of storytelling to create a platform and provide different mediums for people to share their stories. I am also a volunteer for the RSPB with nature conservation being an area of work I am committed to. After work, an escape into the wild is always needed.
